Content creation before the use of Mate

Despite the immense relevance of social media and their own marketing and communications department, the implementation of social media posts proved to be very time-consuming and costly. Before using Mate, Marisa describes the process this way:

"When we wanted to design a post, we proceeded like this: First there was a briefing with a colleague who had expertise in design. After an initial proposal, several rounds of voting and adjustments followed until everyone was happy with the result."

From the first idea to the final designed post thus passed one to two weeks.

"Since our colleague was stuck in her own projects, I was reluctant to interrupt her with last-minute, minor requests - so we didn't design and publish posts without lead time.“

Content creation with Mate

Mate has simplified the day-to-day work for Marisa and her team. Social media posts can now be created in the corporate design without much effort.

In addition to the software, Mate experts are also on hand to advise them. Marisa says, "We now create posts within half an hour and have become much more efficient overall. We especially like the feature that posts can be pre-shared and approved in Mate."

Faster content and higher quality

Thanks to Mate, Marantec Group is benefiting from time and cost savings in social media. Instead of having to spend three working hours per post with two employees involved, a post can now be designed by just one person within half an hour.

"We also now use video formats more frequently, which has added a lot of variety to our content. Having the on-demand library always at our fingertips helps a lot. Best of all, the animated posts are created just as quickly as static posts."
