Content creation before using Mate
When the marketing team at HLB Stückmann started out with the plan to regularly sprinkle content on the social media channels, they initially cobbled together their "graphics" in tools such as PowerPoint and saved them via screenshot. That took a lot of time and also nerves.

Sometimes the graphics were shot, the image didn't match the text or everything was pixelated on the final screenshot. In the meantime, online design tools were also tried out, but it was problematic to find one's way through the oversupply and the time required to convert everything to the corporate design was clearly too high.

The need for an easy-to-use tool for the team, which at all times complies with the corporate design and at the same time still offers a lot of creative leeway, was growing. In Mate, Denise and the team at HLB found the perfect solution and as a result, the account has grown from 571 followers to 937 followers within a year.
Content creation with Mate
Thanks to Mate, Denise and her team's day-to-day work has been simplified. Social media posts can now be created in the corporate design without much effort. In addition to the software, Mate's experts are also on hand to advise them. Denise says: "Just being able to decide for each final download whether I want to play out our content as an image, video or PDF is super! " And if we have new ideas or notice that something is not yet coherent in our daily work, we get together with the Mate team at short notice and discuss the fix.
"I don't have to worry about the layout breaking, but now have my posts ready in the corporate design in a few minutes without much effort."

Instead of two hours of work per article with feedback loops from several employees involved, an article can now be created by just one person within a few minutes - and in a significantly higher quality. Multi-slide carousels or videos, for example, were not possible before.
